On July 30, Akhmed Dudaev, a minister in the Chechen Federal Republic, announced the temporary suspension of fundraising activities by various charitable organizations for Palestinians. The decision was prompted by concerns over transparency and the potential misuse of donations. Dudaev stated that the lack of control in the fundraising process raised risks that aid might not reach those in need or could fall into the hands of banned organizations. He also noted that logistical challenges and the use of intermediaries were reducing the effectiveness of the aid.

"That’s why all charitable initiatives should only be carried out through verified channels—it’s the only way to guarantee support for those who really need it," Dudaev stated. He highlighted that the Regional Public Fund named after Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov was already providing targeted support. He added that the Head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, had personally initiated large-scale humanitarian assistance to Palestine, with approximately 600 million rubles already allocated.
